Well, I’m nothing if not honest. When I make a mistake, I own it.
Luckily, I don’t make too many. Not on the site, anyway. But if I do so in this article, I’ll own up to that here, as well.
And so, with that in mind, I feel like I can write honestly with you all. You come here, read my stuff, and we have a bit of a relationship. Many of you send me nudes… err, I mean messages, and we converse about various topics related to footy, and in a way, we’re a big, happy, ugly, yet strangely attractive, mongrel family.
And amongst family, we can shoot straight.
And that’s what I intend to do right here.
We are constantly caught up in the players on the rise, and for good reason, but at the other end of the spectrum are the players who have fallen off the pace. For one reason or another, there are players that have just not been around the mark in 2025, and it is time to explore who they are.
With that, here is The Mongrel’s Bottom 21 of 2025… so far.
