AAMI Series – Hawthorn v Western Bulldogs Quarter-By-Quarter

At the ‘wonderful’ time of 5.20 on a Thursday evening, we were treated to the next AAMI Series clash, with the Dogs and Hawks heading down to Tassie to square off in what promised to be an intriguing matchup.

Last year’s flavour of the month/year are looking to get serious about their 2025 chances, whilst the Dogs have been smashed by injury in the preseason, and are looking at establishing new faces in roles to have some stability as the season commences.

How much stock do you put in the AAMI Series?

Me, I take a lot of notice. It’s where we get a good look at how teams are setting up, how they intend to play, which players are in the running for a big year, and who the surprise packets are set to be.
