Already, there is a murmur out of Western Australia, that the star midfielder could be looking at heading back to WA, and bringing his precocious talents ‘home’.
And whilst the Freo Dockers have loaded up to secure the services of Shai Bolton, who absolutely fills perhaps the biggest hole in their lineup, it leaves West Coast best-positioned to make a run at The Chad should he become available.
Of course, the Swans may have plenty to say about that, and that is what we need to explore over the next little while. Right now seems like a good time to start.
