I have a habit of jumping the gun. Some would term it going off a little early.
In the right context, of course.
I was big on the Lions the year they lost the flag, and big on Freo and Adelaide the season before they made finals. Am I some sort of prophet, like our resident prophet, Jimmy Day? Or just a bit premature… like our old mate, Joe Ganino?
It is something I have taken into consideration when looking at the Saints for 2026, and how their recruiting spree will see their season play out.
