I find myself in this frame of mind a little too often, at the moment.
On the weekend, in the dying stages of close games, we saw two decisions paid that could have, and actually may have, impacted the results of said games. Both were for tackles deemed as dangerous.
Neither were dangerous.
It’s time to start calling this what it is – players are being penalised for being too aggressive by a league that wants to be seen as anything but.
