I think I may have been a little premature.

Aaaaanyway, before the 2024 season, I tipped St Kilda to be one of the big risers of the year, and halfway through the season, I looked like a complete fool – even more so than usual.
However, in the run home, there were definite signs that things had turned for the Saints. Winning six of their final eight games, including big victories over quality opponents like the Blues, Swans, Pies, and Cats, St Kilda made a belated charge up the ladder. However, their poor start to the season proved too much to overcome.
It was a disappointing result for a team that promised so much. And if I was disappointed, I can only imagine how their supporters felt.
